Complete tunic featuring Model 36 insignia on a dark green backingtypical of early production runs. The eagle may have been reapplied. It is fitted with shoulder boards and collar tabs in Jäger green branch-of-service piping. A mountain troop Edelweiss insignia is on the right sleeve. It bears a War Merit Cross ribbon and a ribbon bar with two campaign ribbons. Prominent manufacturer markings include size details; chest size 96. The fieldgrey wool is in excellent condition and retains its full loft. The set includes matching Model 40 trousers featuring white lining with manufacturer markings; the wool is in excellent condition, showing only signs of storage. GC-VGC.
