- Liability:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity, or parental authorization, to place an order on the website. In the event of an input error in the billing or delivery information provided, the customer is fully liable.

Goods travel at the buyer's risk. In the event of loss or damage, the fixed compensation is the only compensation to which the buyer is entitled. For full compensation for the value of the order, the customer can purchase additional insurance, which must be requested at the time of placing the order or in advance. The seller undertakes to take all necessary addressing and packaging precautions to ensure the normal risks of damage during transit.

- Shipping | Deadlines:

For all orders placed by bank transfer or check, payment must be made within 7 days. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in cancellation of the order.

If the shipment is subject to customs fees, the amounts payable are the responsibility of the customer who placed the order. The customer is responsible for verifying that all ordered goods can be legally imported into their country. In the event that the customer is unable to receive their order, or if the destination country prohibits it, the return and resending costs (retry), as well as any customs fees and any other shipping-related costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The seller undertakes to ship paid orders no later than twelve clear days after receipt. After this period, the buyer may cancel their order and request a refund. This deadline does not apply during holiday periods (these will be indicated). Any delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to claim compensation.

- Returns | Refunds:

Any item that is not satisfactory may be returned under the following conditions: The seller must be notified of the return within 72 hours of receiving the order, and the return must be made within eight days. - Deposits:

Any amount paid as part of an order is considered a deposit within the meaning of Article L214-2 of the French Consumer Code. In the event of withdrawal by the buyer or after 15 days of an unsuccessful reminder, this deposit is forfeited to the seller. The same applies, and under the same time limits, for non-compliance with a payment schedule.

- Disputes:

Proconsul reserves the right to refuse orders from buyers who have incurred prior payment incidents or whose orders remain unpaid. Any dispute will be brought before the Perpignan Court of Justice.
