- Liability:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity, or parental authorization, to place an order on the website. In the event of an input error in the billing or delivery information provided, the customer is fully liable.

Goods travel at the buyer's risk. In the event of loss or damage, the fixed compensation is the only compensation to which the buyer is entitled. For full compensation for the value of the order, the customer can purchase additional insurance, which must be requested at the time of placing the order or in advance. The seller undertakes to take all necessary addressing and packaging precautions to ensure the normal risks of damage during transit.

All photos, logos, and visuals appearing on the militaria39-45.com website are the exclusive property of the seller and may not be reproduced or distributed online without prior authorization.

- Shipping | Deadlines:

For all orders placed by bank transfer or check, payment must be made within 7 days. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in cancellation of the order.

If the shipment is subject to customs fees, the amounts payable are the responsibility of the customer who placed the order. The customer is responsible for verifying that all ordered goods can be legally imported into their country. In the event that the customer is unable to receive their order, or if the destination country prohibits it, the return and resending costs (retry), as well as any customs fees and any other shipping-related costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The seller undertakes to ship paid orders no later than twelve clear days after receipt. After this period, the buyer may cancel their order and request a refund. This deadline does not apply during holiday periods (these will be indicated). Any delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to claim compensation.

- Returns | Refunds:

Any item that does not meet the customer's satisfaction may be returned under the following conditions:

The return request must be notified to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the order. After notifying the seller of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, the customer has a further period of 14 days to return the item.

The item must bear its original, intact tag and must be returned in exactly the same condition as when originally received. Any deterioration, alteration, restoration or cleaning, however minor, will entitle the seller to refuse the return. Return shipping costs, as well as any additional costs incurred (customs duties, storage fees, etc.), shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

An item returned under these conditions may, at the buyer's choice, be exchanged, refunded, or result in a credit note to be used towards future purchases. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be issued within 14 days.

- Deposits:

Any amount paid as part of an order is considered a deposit within the meaning of Article L214-2 of the French Consumer Code. In the event of withdrawal by the buyer or after 15 days of an unsuccessful reminder, this deposit is forfeited to the seller. The same applies, and under the same time limits, for non-compliance with a payment schedule.

- World War II Items:

This site presents historical objects, some of which contain symbols of Third Reich organizations. By accessing it, I acknowledge that I am not offended by such objects and that I am exclusively a history enthusiast, collector, or museum or memorial site manager. The symbols of organizations condemned by international justice in 1945 are hidden so as not to offend anyone.

World War II military objects are sold for collector's purposes and do not promote any ideology; We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone who may use it for a different purpose.

- Disputes:

Proconsul reserves the right to refuse orders from buyers who have incurred prior payment incidents or whose orders remain unpaid. Any dispute will be brought before the Perpignan Court of Justice.
