Aware of the value of the objects we offer, their rarity and their possible fragility, we attach particular importance to the packages we ship, our packaging being adapted and professional.
We work with UPS, Fedex, or La Poste, and make every effort to offer you reduced delays between payment and shipment of your order.
Depending on the destination country, several types of services will be offered to you, at home or at a collection point, and the cost will be automatically calculated once the basket is validated.
For paper documents and thin items, we can offer you a shipment by registered letter. This method reduces costs to certain destinations, but can extend the shipping time. Please contact us for more information.
Returns
Any item that does not provide satisfaction may be returned under the following conditions: The return must be made within eight days of receipt of the package. The item must have its label intact, and must be in exactly its original condition. In this regard, any deterioration, modification, restoration, or cleaning, however minimal, will authorize the seller to refuse any form of return. The return costs, as well as any additional costs (customs, storage, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The item returned under these conditions will give rise, at the buyer's choice, to a replacement, a refund, or the establishment of a credit note to be used on future purchases.
