Very hard to find original SS M42 tunic with all insignias. 5 buttons, 2 holes for the belt hooks. Machine woven sleeve eagle, machine sewn. Machine embroidered SS collar tabs, machine sewn. Black shoulder boards with pink piping for the tank and anti-tank units. Late fieldgrey material of poor quality. Grey artificial silk lining. Glass buttons to the sleeves. RBNr. and sizes stamped. Inventory marking from a soviet museum. Museum piece in very good condition.

The Waffen-SS originated from the armed formations established by the SS during the 1930s and developed alongside the rise of the National Socialist regime.
