A fine example of the very rare Eickhorn-made SS dagger with the Himmler dedication; features nickel-silver fittings, #3 under the crossgard, an anodized steel scabbard, and its hanger. 100% of the anodized finish remains. The grip is flawless, featuring a nickel-silver eagle and intact enamel on the runes; the blade is in very good condition, bearing the SS motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue" on the obverse and the dedication "In herzlicher Kameradschaft H. Himmler"deeply struck and perfectly legibleon the reverse. Early Eickhorn logo. Hanger with nickel-silver fittings. GC-VGC.
