One of a kind WH tropical uniform of the 5th Panzer-Regiment
Consisting of: M41 officer's cap, silver piped, with machine woven insignia, pink chevron, red liner w/maker, half moon sweat band. M43 4 pocket jacket with hand embroidered eagle and collar tabs, shoulder boards, pink underlay, w/gold 5 and pip for a Oberleutnant, cufftitle Afrika as worn by vets of the Afrikakorps, Panzer skulls to the lapel, loops for several insignia. Rare tropical belt w/round buckle, RBNr. marked, lenght 90cm. The 5th Panzer Regiment as part of the Leichte Division fought in Africa from 1941 and 1943. Disbanded in Tunis, few people was evacuated to Sicily. The owner of this grouping was one of them and could use he's uniform in Italy later. Piece of museum. VGC.
