Engelbert Endrass, U-boot ace and knight cross with oakleaves holder
One of a kind grouping of items from the famous U-Boot ace Engelbert Endrass. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engelbert_Endrass. Endrass was serving as second in command of U47 (Scapa Flow) before commanding U.46 and U.567. He became holder of the knight cross with oak leaves for his numerous victories. The grouping is composed of: evening dress, delivered by the Kriegsmarine Kleiderkasse of Kiel, named, assorted waistcoat, visor cap (with initials E.E.), hand embroidered peak, eagle and wreath, a beautiful portrait, size 43x32, framed, and his personal belonging bag to his name as Oberleutnant.
