Mikhail Meandrov was one of their general, commanding of the 2nd division (650th german infantry division) and was hangued in Moscow in 1946. For more info:

The cap wears some stamping of a soviet museum. It was bought by a rich austrian collector, the stolle, then refund and finally took place in a large collection in Munich. It's one of a kind, no other original POA general cap is known. Doeskin body, dark green band with 2 red piping, just the top piping is gold. Gold chin cord and eagle, russian metal cocade. 2-3 small moth holes. Price on request.
